1. App licence
DON’T. is developed by Jon Miller. For downloads through the App Store, your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA), unless a custom licence is provided with the App Store listing. This page provides additional information about the game and does not replace that agreement.
2. Using the game
The game is provided for personal entertainment. Use it lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or manipulate scores submitted to shared leaderboards. Ownership of the game, its original artwork and other original content remains with Jon Miller or the relevant rights holders.
Some challenges involve moving or shaking your device. Keep a secure grip, allow space around you and stop if you feel uncomfortable. Play only when it is safe to pay attention to the screen.
3. Apple services
App Store distribution and Game Center are operated by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms. Game Center features may require a compatible device, an Apple account and an internet connection. Your use of those services is separate from the local 1v1 mode.
4. Progress and availability
Local progress is stored on your device. Removing app data or changing devices without an appropriate backup may lose that progress. We cannot restore game data that we do not hold.
Game features may change through updates. Availability of Apple’s services depends on Apple, your account and connectivity. We do not promise uninterrupted access to the website or online leaderboards.
5. Privacy
The privacy policy explains how the game handles local data, motion input, Game Center, shared results and support messages.
6. Your rights
Nothing on this page limits rights you have under applicable consumer law, or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The applicable app licence governs licensing and related responsibilities.
